Prior to your getting involved with the interview process, we thought that you might like to know something about our company and our philosophy. New Morning has been in the state of New Hampshire for over 35 years. It is a privately held company that operates a private preschool / kindergarten and twenty six before and after school programs for school aged children.  

As the need for quality child care has increased, New Morning has expanded and now reaches over 800 children each day, providing high quality, affordable programs right in the public schools.

To that end we are always looking for qualified individuals who enjoy working with children. New Morning offers the top pay in the industry. We also assure quality with our excellent support team who offer materials and supplies, game and craft ideas, as well as discipline models and on-site training.

All of the programs that New Morning operates are licensed by the state of New Hampshire, Bureau of Child Care Standards and Licensing.

All employees of New Morning must pass a criminal background check including fingerprinting, submit a current health form, and become certified in CPR and First Aid. New Morning will reimburse the cost for the criminal background check and the emergency training.  Teachers, directors and group leaders are also required to obtain 16 or more hours of continuing education per year.  Continuing education opportunities are available through the company and within the child care community.

Children of employees may attend our before and after school programs at no cost.  Children must attend the school where the program is held.
